Description:

The Sustainable Solutions Analyst (SA) will evaluate and analyze the impact of Waste Eliminator's (WE) customer solutions using a variety of assessment tools, interpret evaluation data and utilize that data to develop and increase the value of WE's offerings. The SA will develop and execute a routine testing and analysis program for all specialty inbound and outbound products. The inbound products include but are not limited to sludge, sorted C&D materials, and liquids. The outbound products include all soil amendments (compost, water, soil mixes) and recycling commodities (papers, plastics, metals, woods). The SA will produce and maintain all required documentation relating to soil amendment regulations and organic product certifications.

 

Responsibilities:

Collect technical and logistical data regarding WE customer offerings and relationships,

Collaborate with Billing Manager regarding key accounts to ensure customer needs are met,

Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to necessary local, state, and federal regulations,

Assist key customers (identified by COO/DoEC) with measuring data points and producing custom reports that accelerate the value of WE's relationship,

Perform routine technical testing or specialty inbound and outbound products,

Produce customer facing marketing materials that detail the technical value of WE offerings to be used by the WE business development team to present to current and prospective customers during the sales process,

Maintain necessary soil amendment documentation,

Maintain necessary outbound product certifications,

Maintain and develop professional and technical knowledge by obtaining professional licenses and certifications, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, soil science, or other science-based degree programs,

Experience in a customer-facing role as a Technical Analyst, Support or Engineer involving proactive engagement with customers,

Knowledge of Agriculture and/or Waste ecosystems,

Proficient at clear and concise writing, developing presentations and delivering presentations to broad client audiences including executives,

Passion for WE's sustainability focused vision to aid customers in finding beneficial reuse for the waste streams,

MS Office experience.
