The Timber Marketing Forester plays a key role in maximizing the value of Rayonier's timber resources. This position assists with the implementation of effective timber marketing strategies that optimize revenue generation while adhering to sustainable forestry practices. The Timber Marketing Forester I supports the team in the development of marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, harvest scheduling, contract, and contract performance to maximize timber revenue for the local markets, as well as supporting logistics and effectively merchandizing trees to their highest value under a delivered wood system or ensuring compliance for stumpage sales as needed.
