Warnell awards thousands of dollars in scholarships each year! All Warnell students (first year through Ph.D.) during the current academic year are eligible to apply when scholarship applications open at the start of each spring semester—specific dates and details are emailed to students each year. Even if you are transferring to Warnell from another institution, we encourage you to apply! When scholarship applications open at the start of spring semester, here's what to expect: Use the link in your email to apply. Have your resume/CV and a cover letter explaining your academic/career goals and specific reasons for applying for a scholarship (please don't write, "I need money"). The application will take 15-20 minutes to complete. Please allow yourself enough time to finish the application in one session. Your cover letter and resume/CV must be saved as a single PDF document titled with your "last name.first name" (for example, Smith.Susan.pdf). Applications will be reviewed by the Honors and Awards Committee in March, which is made up of several faculty members, staff, and students. The committee will make selections, and then the chosen scholarship recipients will be notified and honored at our annual Spring Awards Banquet in April.
