Warnell Student Emergency Fund The Warnell Student Emergency Fund is available exclusively to Warnell students to provide limited, one-time financial assistance to students who are unable to meet immediate, essential expenses because of temporary hardship related to an emergency situation. If you are a Warnell student and you are facing a financial obstacle, please contact UGA Student Care and Outreach to learn more about the fund. Emotional Distress Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) provides short-term individual and couples counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention, medication evaluation and monitoring, psychological testing and makes referrals to resources on and off-campus when appropriate.
